However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to an exchange or credit note only, provided we have the product in stock.
Due to most products being made-to-order this can mean that a particular item could be specific to your personal measurements which makes it near impossible to resell so please be mindful when ordering. If you wish to give specific measurements the clothing will be made to the sizes you provide, if they do not fit because incorrect measurements have been provided then we reserve the right to obtain full value of labor and materials therefore a full refund will not be given. Provided the order hasn't started to be produced there could be a chance we can make changes so please get in touch via email if any mistakes do take place at the check out.
UK Customers must return items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, evidence of faulty or damaged goods must be provided, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return postage is to be paid for by the customer and a refund of this will not be issued. It is your responsibility to make sure the items are returned safely so a tracked or signed for postage service is necessary.
You will receive an email when items have been received and processed between 7-10 working days and a credit note or refund will be issued within 3-5 working days until it reaches your account.
